Tasting notes: Straw yellow colour. It is clean, bright and with a slight bubble showing its youth. Nose: floral type mimosa, jasmine, etc.., Citrus (orange, grapefruit, etc.) and white-fleshed fruit such as apples. Palate: Deep, well-integrated acidity and a long aftertaste.
