Harvest: Manually harvested and transported in plastic crates holding 15 kg of grapes each.
Production: Manual selection of the grapes on the grading table followed by the destemming and pressing of the grapes.
Fermentation: The grape juice obtained from the pressing is fermented in stainless steel vats for 20 days at a temperature below 18º C.
Label: Original painting by Berta Español for BODEGAS PEÑAFIEL.
Tasting notes: Pale yellow colour with light green reflections; bright with waxen hues. Clean, fresh nose with unripe fruit notes (apples, pears), floral hints and memories of bush plants. A wine with a long trajectory in the mouth; silken, elegant, with a well-integrated acidity that adds freshness to it.
