The Mont Ferrant Vilaret Agustí 2006 is elaborated with 10% Macabeo Xarel.lo, 10% Parellada 10% and 70% Chardonnay. Aged in cellar for a minimum of 36 months. Agustín Vilaret (1820-1903) invented the Mont-Ferrant and traced the outline of the brand after studying the problems in the clarification of wine, the massive explosion of bottles in the cellar and learned about the most modern machinery of his time.
Tasting notes: Initial fruitiness becoming smooth in a creamy and sweet stage ballancing the citrus and smoky aromas combined with a mineral final note provided by the chardonnay.
