The Agustí Torello Bayanus Rosat 2008 is elaborated with Trepat 100%. Second fermentation in the same 37.5cl bottle. Minimum ageing 18 months.
Tasting notes: Cherry pink colour with bright violet hues. Medium-evolving fine and persistent bubbles with abundant beads and dense crown. Nose: fresh and bright. Wild fruits, particularly strawberry, against a mint background. Palate: pleasant first taste. Rich and dense with well-combined bubbles. Fresh and fleshy but also complex and light with a strong flavour of wild berries and strawberry. Fresh and pleasant finish. Well-balanced, good structured and well-integrated bubbles. Pleasant medium intensity aftertaste with harmonized aroma and flavour.
With the aim to elaborate Cava in its maximum expression, three autochthonous varieties are selected from the best subfields of the Penedés: Xarel.lo, Parellada and Macabeo, to which the mediterranean weather will give a few singular characteristics and personality.
