Agnus de Autor Roble is made from 95% Tempranillo and 5% Graciano. Fermentation temperature 30ºC. Ageing in three year old 50% French oak and 50% Russian oak for 12 months and another 12 months of ageing in the bottle.
Tasting notes: Garnet red colour with purple hues. Nose: red berries and balsamic notes. Palate: warm and silky. Fresh and meaty finish. The perfect balance of good ageing.

The Valdelana family has been farming their land at Elciego since the 16th century. The oldest information concerning the winery dates back to November 12th, 1583. This is the date in which, during the reign of Philip II Elciego becomes independent of Laguardia. The king of Spain accepts the... independence and receives wine coming from the cellar of the villa in exchange. Currently the owner of the winery is Juan Jesus Valdelana, who starts in the wine world in 1980, after buying his first vines at a winery in Elciego and expanding the family farm afterwards
