Acústic 2008

The 2008 Acustic, a blend of 55% Samso (Carinena) and 45% Garnacha aged for 10-11 months in French oak. A glass-coating opaque purple color, it offers up aromas of incense, violets, blackberry, and blueberry. Structured on the palate, this lengthy, layered effort will evolve for 2-3 years and deliver peak drinking from 2013 to 2020. It is a great value.

Cerise colour, garnet edge. Aroma of ripe fruit, spicy, creamy oak, toast, mineral. Palate: powerful, rich, toasty, ripe tannins.
