In a whole of 40ha. its vineyards distribute among different plots located in the Nature reserve of The Bardenas Reales in Navarre, sharing area and climate with Europa's bigest desert. Due to these conditions, unique in Navarre, the vineyards offer a low yield production and a few very tiny... grains, of high concentration and in perfect balance. In addition the vineyards are cultivated without pesticides, insecticides or artificial manure to tire the soil. Its cellar constructed between 1940 and 1960, is semi-buried and with a production of 200000 l. Its aim is to show with its wines the character of the terroir in the most natural way by means of the use of autochthonous yeasts and a bottling preceded by a softly clarification without filtering the wine.
