The Abadía da Cova Mencía Joven 2008 is elaborated with 100% Mencia. Manual harvest in 20 kg. boxes to subsequently select the grapes at the arrival to the winery. Maceration for 6 days. Alcoholic fermentation for 8 days, at less than 28ºC and malolactic fermentation. No fining treatment.
Tasting notes: Cherry red colour with purple hints. Nose: frutal and clean. Palate: tasty, soft and fleshy.
